Check-in at the airport is 4 HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE TIME. Please contact Cuba 305 Travel representative at 215-385-0974 if you have any questions. Make sure to bring your passport. Each checked luggage is $25 – $30. Cuban exit visa is $25. These charges are due to the charter company in cash at check-in.

Upon arrival you will pass immigration control, please present your passport and you Cuban Visa. After they welcome you, you will pass an X-ray zone. Then, you will be asked to provided your health care document (a white document given to you in Miami or point of departure). After this, you will be able to pick up your checked luggage and continue toward the exit. (Bathrooms are located on the right hand side).There you will present customs official with your custom forms. Continue to the exit door. You will feel shocked by the amount of Cubans waiting for their relatives. You will look for our representative in Cuba who wears a Cuba 305 Travel uniform. He/ She will guide you from there.

WELCOME TO CUBA! WELCOME DINNER EVENT [DINNER INCLUDED]

Welcome to Cuba is a local event that will allow you to meet and interact with the tour leader and other guides in Cuba. Our representative will pick you up at the hotel and will transport you to the restaurant. Dinner and one drink is included. You are responsible for any extra drinks. This usually takes place at a restaurant owned by proud Cubans. Make sure you have a few minutes to interact with the owners. They will be curious to know about your city, too. After dinner, you could return to the hotel or ask the tour director for suggestions.

Check cabaret Las Vegas in the center of the city. This government owned location has been the center of gay activities during the past 2 years. If you want to see a Cuban drag show, this might be your place. We recommend to buy 1 bottle of Havana Club + tukola (local soda drink) to make rum and coke! Cover charge is about 5 CUC per person.

Breakfast is included in the hotel. Please check with the front desk for hours of operations.

On this morning your tour guide will pick you up at around 9:00 am at your hotel. He will take you for a panoramic tour of the city of Havana. Walking tour of Old Havana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. We’ll visit four of the five historic plazas that make Havana unique in the western hemisphere. It contains the largest collection of remaining colonial era architecture. This is a private tour led by your Cuba Education Tours guide

A visit to the Cathedral Square, the most beautiful and private 18th colonial plaza on the island. Named after the masterpiece of Cuban baroque architecture: The Catedral de San Cristóbal de la Habana built by the Jesuit order.

Lunch and one drink is included at a local restaurant. Please make sure to ask your tour guide any questions you might have.

Depending on the weather, you might also visit an art community project.

A BUTTERFLY EXPERIENCE: HAVANA – PINAR DEL RIO – HAVANA [LUNCH INCLUDED]

Departure to Las Terrazas, full day excursion, La Moka. Visiting la Comunidad Las Terrazas, Soroa. Lunch in Restaurant at Rio San Juan, free time for swimming. Including 1 drink. Swim in the clear waters and bathe in the thermal waterfalls by the hillside of Los Banos del San Juan and the Beyate rivers. Keep an eye out for the various species of orchids, Las Terrazas is known to have endemic species of orchids.

Visit to a cigar plantation (the visit to the plantation is tentative and it
could be changed without previous notice).

You will also have a chance to zipline the tropical forest [fee is not included]
